• Annual activity statement - TFN Withholding for closely held trusts - 28th October 2011 due date for lodging
and paying where a trustee of a closely held trust withheld amounts from payments to beneficiaries during the
2010-11 income year.
• Super contributions, Q1 2012 due to be lodged and paid by 28th October 2011.
• Quarterly BAS/IAS, Q1 2012 - (Tax Agent paper lodgement) is due by 28th October 2011.
• Please remember that your Income tax return is due by 31st October 2011:
Where one or more ITR’s were outstanding as at 30th June 2011.
Entities prosecuted for non-lodgment of prior year and advised of this date.
